We want to make buying our products online fast and easy. So when it comes time to make your breathablebaby.com purchase, you can use any of these payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
WHERE WE SHIP TO
BreathableBaby® ships to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US Territories, or international destinations.

SHIPPING TIMES QUOTED INCLUDE:
- 1 business day where your order will be processed and prepared for shipment
- Delivery time for these orders is about 7-10 business days
- No signature is required and delivery is via FedEx. Unfortunately, we are unable to change or upgrade the shipping service or speed.
Shipping charges are dependent on the type of product being ordered. Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the rate before finalizing your order.

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
CANCELLING OR MODIFYING ORDERS
We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We’ll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 – 12 business days to reflect on your statements.
Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees. To submit a cancellation request, please email email@example.com or call us at (877) 827-4442.
Returns for items purchased through any third-party, including our retail partners should be returned to the retailer where it was purchased. For items purchased on our site at Breathablebaby.com, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-877-827-4442 or Customercare@breathablebaby.com Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 CT pm to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). By placing an order on breathablebaby.com, you are accepting this return policy.
If you have purchased an item from breathablebaby.com and wish to return it, are within a 30-day window of receiving the item and the product is unused in its original packaging we will accept a return back. Consumers are responsible for the return shipping back to BreathableBaby. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
A 25% restocking and handling fee will be applied to any opened items that have been partially or fully assembled, based on the total amount billed. Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit. If the box has not been opened, the 25% restocking fee will be waived.
