If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase the following return/refund policy applies.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase from our web site.
- Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
- Refunds will be given on the credit card used initially at time of purchase.
- If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
- A Fed Ex return label is included with your original shipment.
- Complete the return form listing the reason for the return and include with the returned item.
- Attach the return label to your packaging.
- Drop the package off at any Fed Ex location.
- If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 30 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping a replacement will be the responsibility of BreathableBaby.
- If your product has a manufacturing defect, BreathableBaby is happy to replace it for you. Please call or email us at 877-827-4442 or firstname.lastname@example.org to specify the issue and organize a replacement. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
