Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase the following return/refund policy applies.
  1. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase from our web site.
  2. Returns must be in the original condition at time of purchase, including packaging, instructions and any accessories associated with the purchase.
  3. Refunds will be given on the credit card used initially at time of purchase.
  4. If merchandise returned is damaged or changed in any way as per our discretionary inspection, a refund will not be provided.
  5. A Fed Ex return label is included with your original shipment. 

    1. Complete the return form listing the reason for the return and include with the returned item.
    2. Attach the return label to your packaging.
    3. Drop the package off at any Fed Ex location.
    4.  If merchandise is defective it should be returned within 30 days for a full replacement. All costs associated with shipping a replacement will be the responsibility of BreathableBaby.
    5. If your product has a manufacturing defect, BreathableBaby is happy to replace it for you. Please call or email us at 877-827-4442 or operations@breathablebaby.com to specify the issue and organize a replacement. There will be no shipping charge on replacements.
